Senior Fiat Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of FIAT product development — from strategy design, roadmap planning, and execution to optimization and iteration.
• Take a holistic view of the fiat business, connecting all key components (on-ramp, off-ramp, payment channels, compliance, and user experience) into one cohesive ecosystem.
• Design intuitive user journeys that encourage users to trade, deposit, and engage more actively, through data insights and behavioral analysis.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that increase fiat liquidity, conversion rates, and transaction frequency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing to align priorities and deliver market-ready solutions.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify pain points, improve UX, and drive product innovation.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve decision-making, automate processes, and enhance overall product efficiency.
• Operate independently as a self-driven problem solver, able to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or Web3.
• Strong understanding of fiat payment flows, user experience design, and transaction funnel optimization.
• Proven ability to use data and insights to shape product strategy and achieve measurable growth outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in designing user journeys that influence user behavior toward higher transaction and engagement.
• Technical understanding of APIs, payment systems, and backend logic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
• Familiarity with Web 3 ecosystems, compliance requirements, and emerging fintech trends is highly valued.
• Experience in Web 3 and AI is a plus.
