Responsibilities

• Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations and risk domains.
• Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of those enhancements.
• Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to drive product optimization.
• Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives.
• Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Conduct training for team members to maximize their potential.
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication.
• Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical.

Requirements:

• Able to commit for at least 6-12 months.
• At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Excellent understanding of KYC, Fraud, and Risk operations.
• Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective facilitation skills in meetings and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
• A passion for emerging technologies related to blockchain.
