Legal Counsel (Contracts) | Mid

Main Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: sales and distribution agreements; marketing and advertising agreements; supplier and procurement contracts; online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.).
• Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices.
• Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks.

Core Requirements

• Master’s degree in law.
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house environment.
• Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters.
• Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs).
• Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

Salary Range

Gross Salary 3400 – 5200 EUR/Month.
