Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders, HRBPs and TA teams to drive compensation and benefits programs in line with our rewards philosophy.
- Design and implement region/business-specific compensation strategy and programs (incentive plans, retention plans, relocation package etc) independently or with certain guidance to support talent management objectives from business.
- Support with group level C&B framework or plan design or optimisation as a key member, typically regarding global pay ranges, bonus plans, long-term incentive.
- Support group level comp review budget and allocation, and manage the review process for related business units or portfolios.
- Provide ideas or advice about C&B practice and process optimisation based on data and external/internal insights to upgrade effectiveness and efficiency, and coordinate or support the related implementation and communication.
- Get involved and support in benefits management and operation when necessary.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of C&B experience in a fast-paced environment, especially comp design and comp review experiences.
- With systemic C&B related knowledge, humble and always willing to learn.
- Relevant experiences from HR consulting firms or tech / internet / fintech sectors are a plus.
- Solutions and service-oriented, critical and systemic and able to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, highly proficient in Excel and GSuite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess high level of integrity and ethics
