Job Description
Jones Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and relocation assistance for experienced technicians. Our technicians earn between $85k and $125k on average, with top performers making $150k to $200k.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service HVAC systems for residential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical expertise.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, first-time fix rates, and service revenue generation.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
